LS 2000-2006 Turn the ignition to the “ON’ position.  Press “STATUS” button.  “OIL LIFE % RESET FOR NEW” is displayed.  Press “RESET” button. “IF NEW OIL HOLD RESET” is displayed.  Press and hold “RESET” button until “OIL LIFE SET TO %” is displayed.

Mark VIII 1997-1998 Turn the ignition to the “ON” position.  Press “VEHICLE SETTINGS” button until “OIL CHANGE RESET” is displayed.  Press and hold “RESET” button until message counter counts down.  “OIL LIFE RESET TO 100%” will be displayed.

Town Car 2004-2006 Turn the ignition to the “ON” position.  Press “MODE” button until “OIL LIFE %” is displayed.  Press and hold “MODE” button until “RESET FOR NEW OIL LIFE” is displayed.  Press “RESET” button.  “100%” will be displayed.

Mercedez-Benz E-Class (211) 2002-8/03 Turn the ignition to the “I” position.  Press the down arrow on the left side of the steering wheel repeatedly until service message is displayed.  Press and hold button on the left side of the gauge cluster until “SERVICE MENU” is displayed.  Press the “-” button on the right side of the steering wheel and select “CONFIRMATION”.  Press lower left button on the steering wheel and select “CONFIRM”.  Press that button again and “SERVICE CONFIRMED” is displayed.  Press that button repeatedly to return to the main menu.

Mercedez-Benz E-Class (211) 9/03-2006 Turn the ignition to the “I” position.  Press lower left hand button on the left side of the steering wheel repeatedly until service mileage is displayed.Press button to the left of the gauge cluster three times.  The voltage will be displayed.  Press the down arrow button on the left side of the steering wheel until “SERVICE MENU” is displayed.  Press the “-” button on the right side of the steering wheel repeatedly and select “CONFIRMATION”. Press the lower left button on the left side of the steering wheel.  “CONFIRMATION” is displayed.  Press that button again.  “SERVICE CONFIRMED” is displayed.  Press the upper left button on the left side of the steering wheel repeatedly until “SERVICE MENU’ is displayed.  Press the “-” button on the right side of the steering wheel repeatedly until “SPECIAL OPERATIONS” is displayed.  Press the lower left button on the left side of the steering wheel.  Press upper left hand button on the left side of the steering wheel repeatedly until “SERVICE 13” is displayed.  Press lower left button on the  left side of the steering wheel.  Press upper left hand button on the left side of the steering wheel until desired oil grade is selected.  Press lower left button on the left side of the steering wheel.  Press upper left hand button on the left side of the steering wheel until service message is displayed. Turn the ignition to the “0” position.

Mercedez-Benz G-Class 2002-2006 Turn the ignition to the “ON” position.  Press upper left hand button on the left side of the steering wheel repeatedly until both total and trip mileage are displayed.  Press the up arrow on the left side of the steering wheel repeatedly until the service symbol and the mileage remaining are displayed.Press and hold the “R” button on the left of the gauge cluster until “DO YOU WANT TO RESET THE SERVICE INTERVAL?  CONFIRM BY PRESSING THE R BUTTON” is displayed.  Within 4 seconds, press and hold “R” button again until the interval is reset.  Turn the igntion off.

Mercedez-Benz M-Class 1998-2005 Turn the ignition to the “II” position and immediately press button to the bottom left of the speedometer twice within a second.  Turn the ignition to the “0” position.  Press and hold the same button while turning the ignition to the “II” position.  Once the new interval is displayed, release button.  Turn the ignition off.

Mercedez-Benz SLK 2005-2006 Turn the ignition to the “I” position.  Press upper left hand button on the left side of the steering wheel until service message is displayed.  Press bottom button on left side of the gauge cluster three times.  The voltage is displayed.  Press the down arrow on the left hand side of the steering wheel until “SERVICE MENU” is displayed.  Press either of the right hand buttons on the right side of the steering wheel to select confirmation.  Press lower left hand button on the left side of the steering wheel.  “CONFIRMATION” is displayed.  “Overall service” menu is highlighted.  Press that button again. “SERVICE CONFIRMED” is displayed.  Press upper left hand button on the left side of the steering wheel repeatedly until “SERVICE MENU” is displayed.  Press either of the right hand buttons on the right side of the steering wheel repeatedly until “SPECIAL OPERATIONS” is displayed.Press lower left hand button on the left side of the steering wheel.  Press either of the right hand buttons on the right side of the steering wheel until “SERVICE 3” is displayed.  Press lower left hand button on the left side of the steering wheel.  Press either of the right hand buttons on the right side of the steering wheel to select oil grade.  Press lower left hand button on the left side of the steering wheel.  Press upper left hand button on the left side of the steering wheel until service message is displayed.  Turn the ignition to the “0” position.
